Accept the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Vicksburg a request from 4S Properties LLC to rezone 3401 Highway 61 South, PPIN 12726 and 3505 Highway 61 South, PPIN 11136 from C-4 General Commercial to MX-1 Mixed Use Residential, as provided by Ordinance No. 71-8 of the Code Of Ordinances of the City of Vicksburg as amended.
