Approve the following requests from Jennifer Cowan on behalf of Lifting Lives Ministries for Murals in Action Fundraiser event May 3, 2026 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.:
1. Permission for Levee Street Lane closest to the murals be closed to traffic from Clay Street to Grove Street from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
2. Provide services of the Vicksburg Police Department and other agencies as necessary to ensure security and traffic control in the area of the program, generally along Levee Street from Clay Street to Grove Street
3. Permission to delay the event to May 10, 2026 in the event the forecast shows high probability of inclement weather on the day of event
