B. Assistance with the following:
1. Street closures on Washington Street between Grove Street and Jackson Street to prevent car traffic
2. In-kind services from the Vicksburg Police Department and Vicksburg Fire Department
3. Electrical power and water
4. Washington Street Park and street clean up from Community Service, ROW and Street Departments
5. Garbage pickup and extra trash cans provided at the park
6. Set up and removal of barricades
7. Use of city-owned bleachers
8. Use of city-owned stage
9. Request a waiver of the Open Container Law
10. Request usage of the North Parking Garage with cleaning including stairwell and police visual
11. Request bags of ice from the Vicksburg Fire Department
12. Request a spotlight to light the children's area at Washington Street Park
13. Request the sale of beer and t-shirts
14. Request food trucks to park on Washington Street to sell their goods
15. Permission to use the recently donated portable stage
C. Approve request to accept donation of a sculpture to be installed at the Washington Street Park
