1.  Sponsorship Application in the amount of $10,000.00 pursuant to Section 17-3-1 and Section 17-3-3 of the Mississippi Code of 1972,as amended

2.  Close Washington Street from Jackson Street to Crawford Street to all vehicle traffic starting Friday, September 26th at 7a.m. until Sunday, September 28th at 10 p.m. and provide barriers at cross streets and signage as needed

6. Provide on-site crowd control officers during show hours: Friday 5p.m.-9p.m., Saturday 10a.m.-5p.m., and Sunday 11a.m.-5p.m.

7. Provide overnight security for artist booths and food trucks Friday 9p.m.-10a.m Saturday and Saturday 5p.m.-11a.m. Sunday

8. Freshen the landscaping on Washington Street from Jackson Street to Crawford Street

9. Play music through the speakers on Washington Street

10. Provide 50 trash cans with liners and place them at Washington Street Park and along Washington Street from Jackson Street to Crawford Street, provide access to a dumpster, and provide two workers to place, monitor, and pull trash bags during show hours

11. Allow access to the restrooms in the parking lot at the corner of Washington Street and Crawford Street and clean and re-supply restrooms, as needed
