Approve the following requests from Levitt AMP Vicksburg Co-organizers Chris Rials and Shelley for the Levitt AMP music series at Washington Street Park:
1.Use of large fans to be delivered and picked up from Washington Street Park
2. Request VTV to take video and still photographs at each of the concerts for the following dates:
a. Friday, June 19, 2026
b. Friday, October 2, 2026
c. Saturday, October 3, 2026
d. Sunday, October 4, 2026
e. Saturday, October 10, 2026
f. Saturday, October 17, 2026
g. Saturday, October 24, 2026
h. Saturday, October 31, 2026
i. Saturday, November 7, 2026
3. Presence of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to provide a few words for the Ribbon Cutting of the Sculpture"In the Key of Freedom" June 19, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at the Washington Street Park
4. Assistance with the following for the Ribbon Cutting:
a. 30 Chairs and Podium with speaker/microphone
b. Provide City employees and a forklift to help get the sculpture off the shipper's truck and support Ricky Hearn of Hearn Construction to help properly place the sculpture on the base
