Approve the following:
1. Adopt Resolution for Grand Opening of Myrlie Evers Civil Rights Park
2. Street Department to close the portion of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd on both sides of the Civil Rights Park to ensure the safety of attendees at the Grand Opening (see attached map)
3. Vicksburg Police Department and Vicksburg Fire Department to be present for emergency response and public safety
4. Authorize City Purchasing Department to purchase water bottles and provide fans for attendees of the event
