Approve the following additional requests from Zaria Neal and Dominique Jones for the City- Wide Prayer Gathering on Saturday, September 12, 2026:
1. Provide 10 Chairs on the platform outside of the City Hall doors and 26 Chairs on the sidewalk area at the bottom of the City Hall Stairs
2. Closure of South Street to Crawford Street beginning at 3:30 p.m. and closure of street intersection directly in front of the City Hall steps following the completion of Mass at St. Paul Catholic Church, at approximately 5:00 p.m.
3. Greetings from the Mayor at the beginning of the City-Wide Prayer Gathering
4. Presence of the Vicksburg Fire Department during the event to provide emergency services and assistance in the event of an emergency
