Approve the following requests from Zaria Neal and Dominique Jones for the City- Wide Prayer Gathering:
1. Permission to host event Saturday, September 12, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m for fellowship and gathering until 7:30 outside of Vicksburg City Hall
2. Assistance from the Vicksburg Police Department to provide security and public safety support throughout the event
3. Assistance in providing event equipment such as microphones, speakers, sound system/audio equipment, and podium
4. City promotion to help inform residents about the gathering
